Michelle Obama’s 2020 convention necklace spelled "VOTE," not "MIKE"

Short answer: CNN reported on August 18, 2020, within hours of her Democratic National Convention speech, that her gold-letter necklace spelled “VOTE.” The image showing “MIKE” is an edit. We link the full speech recordings so a reader can look at the necklace.
